Shipping and Returns

Most orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours. International Orders are subject to delays or may require additional verification prior to shipment. We keep all our E-Cigarette products in stock and ready to ship. Smoke Anywhere for Penny's is not liable for any delays or delivery issues associated with the United States Postal Service.

Free shipping is available to customers who purchase over $100.00 of product from our store. The free shipping method is sent via USPS Priority Flat Rate and does not apply to international clients.

Shipping Costs:

$3.00 First Class Shipping: (Shipping time will vary based on your regional location.) Limited to no more than (2) 60ml Bottles and doesn't apply to Kits

$5.95 USPS Priority Mail: Usually 2 - 4 Business Days

$24.95 USPS Express Mail: Usually 1 - 2 Business Days

In case of a defective product or product part, we will be happy to warrant a return of the item in question. Once the item is received we will thoroughly test it in an attempt to diagnose and repair the problem. If the item is beyond repair and within warranty we will issue a replacement or apply a store credit to your account (may vary per item). Our products have been chosen to be the best currently available. We are proud that our defective rate is less than 1/2%.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail with the progress of your return once we've received and processed the returned item. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the 100% Money Back Guarantee policy at any time, but we probably won't. *Due to the nature of electronic cigarette products, refunds or returns do not apply to any liquid or used products. Atomizers and Cartomizers are only guaranteed not to be DOA.*

To Initiate a Return:

1. Log into your account.

2. Go to completed orders.

3. Fill out the return with what you are returning and why you are returning it.

4. Get the RMA number.
5. When sending the item back please write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Include a print out or breif note describing the issue you are having with the item.

You should expect to receive your credit within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
